NEW ORLEANS — For the second day in a row, more than a thousand Entergy customers across southeast Louisiana woke up without power Tuesday morning as near-freezing temperatures hit. At about 6:00 a.m.

The Sagamore Hills Police Department shared a picture on social media showing downed trees and poles that left power lines strewn across roads. The roads are impassable at this time, police said.
